Job description for Process Engineer at PT Jaya Refrigeration Equipment (Midea Indonesia)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the home appliance, consumer electronics, or automotive industry.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
- Proven experience in cost reduction, productivity improvement, or production line expansion projects.
- Willing to be based at *Suryacipta Industrial City, Karawang, West Java, Indonesia.
