Job description for Process Engineer (Management Trainee) at Sailun Group
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Develop and execute quality assurance strategies, plans, and procedures
- Utilize technological tools and software (e.g., quality management software, statistical analysis tools) to monitor and analyze quality performance metrics
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, production, regulatory affairs) to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Provide training and support to employees on quality processes and procedures
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor degree from reputable university, GPA min 3,00 (out of 4,00)
- Maximum 26 years
- Strong conceptual, analytical thinking, good communication, problem solving skills, teamwork and leadership potential
- Having experience working in manufacture industry will be an advantage
- Willing to be placed in our factory Vietnam or China during the MT Program for 3 months
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin skill is a must）
- Understanding of QMS ISO 9001
- Good understanding on Quality Control Process
