Job description for Printer Technical Support (Papua) at PT Berca Hardayaperkasa

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, perawatan, dan troubleshooting printer (Laser, Inkjet, MFP, dan Network Printer).
Melaksanakan preventive maintenance, penggantian spare part, dan memastikan printer berfungsi optimal sesuai SLA.
Menangani permasalahan printer, termasuk driver, print queue, scanner, dan konektivitas jaringan.
Memberikan dukungan teknis kepada end user terkait printer serta troubleshooting dasar laptop dan PC berbasis Windows.
Melakukan instalasi driver, konfigurasi perangkat, dan basic network troubleshooting (LAN, WiFi, TCP/IP, VPN).
Mencatat dan menyelesaikan incident melalui ticketing system serta membuat dokumentasi pekerjaan.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Komputer, Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Elektro, atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Printer Technician, Printer Engineer, Field Service Engineer, IT Support, atau posisi serupa.
Menguasai troubleshooting dan maintenance printer, termasuk network printer, driver, scanner, dan print queue.
Memahami troubleshooting dasar laptop/PC berbasis Windows dan jaringan (TCP/IP, LAN, WiFi).
Terbiasa menggunakan ticketing system dan membuat dokumentasi teknis.
Memiliki kemampuan problem solving, komunikasi yang baik, serta berorientasi pada pelayanan.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.

Note:

Bersedia dengan pekerjaan on-site (sistem roster atau shifting).
Bersedia penempatan di site customer area Papua.
Contract based on project.
