Job description for Principal Designer at PT Pangkat Dua Bersama

We are looking for a Principal Designer to lead the creative direction of our architecture and interior projects at Pangkat Dua. This role is not just about design execution. You will shape design vision, drive team performance, and ensure every concept is both impactful and buildable.

What you’ll do:

Lead design direction from pitch, concept, to execution
Develop strong, feasible and buildable design solutions
Present and confidently defend design ideas to clients (EN & ID)
Ensure alignment between design, budget, quality, and site conditions
Review, refine, and elevate team design outputs
Collaborate closely with PM, Site, Estimator, Procurement, and Clients
Maintain and enforce design quality and company standards

What we’re looking for:

S1 in Architecture, Interior Design, or related
Min. 5 years in architecture/interior projects
Proven experience in leading design teams
Strong portfolio with built project experience
Solid understanding of construction & detailing
Clear, confident communication & presentation skills
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Strategic thinker with strong design sense
