Are you a passionate educational leader who inspires excellence in teaching and learning? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Primary School Principal for one of our clients, a well established SPK (Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama) School in Jambi, to lead their Primary School community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and instructional leadership for the Primary School.
- Foster a positive learning culture that promotes academic excellence and student wellbeing.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teachers to achieve high professional standards.
- Ensure effective implementation of the school's curriculum and educational programs.
- Collaborate closely with parents, staff, and the school leadership team.
- Drive continuous school improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree (minimum) in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a school (Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, or equivalent).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in an SPK or international school will be an advantage.
- Willing to relocate and work in Jambi, Indonesia.
