Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material & Metalurgy Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of press machines, metal forming, and automotive body parts
- Must fluent in English, Korean is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years experience in the related field.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage press production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Monitor and execute the daily production plan to meet output targets.
- Lead troubleshooting and process improvement efforts for press machinery and operations.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability.
- Analyze production data and implement cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
