Preschool Teacher

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote early childhood development in key areas such as literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
• Establish a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment within the classroom for young children.
• Foster social and emotional development through collaborative activities, play, and positive reinforcement.
• Monitor and evaluate each child’s progress, offering feedback to parents and guardians through written reports and parent-teacher meetings.
• Utilise positive behaviour management techniques to address classroom conduct effectively.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times, both inside the classroom and during outdoor activities.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff to provide a well-rounded learning experience.
• Organize school events for festive season and other celebrations

Skills & Qualifications :

• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Experience working with young children, ideally in a school or educational environment.
• Solid understanding of child development concepts and early learning frameworks.
• Strong communication skills, along with patience and effective classroom management abilities.
• Ability to create engaging and inspiring activities for young learners.
