Qualifications & Requirements
- Montessori certification is compulsory.
- Candidates holding a recognised Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, MIA, or equivalent) will be given priority.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a Montesorri setting is preferred.
- Able to teach and communicate confidently in English throughout the school day.
- Passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating meaningful learning experiences.
- Patient, nurturing, energetic, and genuinely enjoys working with young children.
- Strong classroom management, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn, collaborate, and contribute positively to a growing educational team.
- Available to work full-time and willing to work on-site at Northridge Business Center, BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, child-centred lessons based on the Montessori and Grow in TAG's curriculum.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports each child's holistic development.
- Conduct all lessons and daily classroom interactions confidently in English.
- Foster children's cognitive, language, social-emotional, physical, and practical life skills through purposeful learning experiences.
- Observe, assess, and document each child's progress, providing timely feedback to parents and the academic team.
- Prepare and maintain an organised, attractive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and professionalism.
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, curriculum planning, and professional development programmes.
- Uphold Grow in TAG's standards of excellence, safeguarding, and classroom management at all times.
