Preschool Teacher / Shadow Teacher

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the school's curriculum.
Foster a safe, loving, and stimulating classroom environment.
Observe, assess, and document each child's learning progress and development.
Prepare student portfolios, progress reports, and classroom documentation.
Guide children in developing independence, confidence, positive behavior, and social-emotional skills.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and parents to support children's holistic development.
Participate in school events, meetings, training, and other academic or non-academic activities.
Maintain classroom organization, learning materials, and children's health and safety.
For Shadow Teachers: Provide individualized support for children with additional learning or developmental needs while encouraging inclusion and independence.
Qualifications
Female or male, 25–30 years old.
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in preschool, kindergarten, or a similar educational setting.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Physically healthy, energetic, and able to actively engage in classroom and outdoor activities.
Passionate about working with young children with a warm, patient, and caring personality.
Strong communication, teamwork, creativity, and classroom management skills.
Possesses special talents or skills that can enrich children's learning experiences, such as dance, swimming, music, art, sports, storytelling, drama, or other creative activities.
Willing to participate in school performances, events, and extracurricular activities.
Available to work full-time only (part-time applicants will not be considered).
Willing to be placed at Greenville (West Jakarta) or Cilandak (South Jakarta).
