We are looking for:
- S1 Graduate from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood education
- Ability to work in a team, showing dedication and commitment
- Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office and conference tools)
- Passionate about working with children and helping them learn and grow
- Creative in preparing learning materials and activities
- Domicile around Taman Duta Mas (West Jakarta) or BSD is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Create a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere that supports children’s growth
- Monitor and document each child’s developmental milestones
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure children’s well-being
- Prepare creative and stimulating teaching tools
- Collaborate with the teaching team and management for continuous improvement
