Job description for PRESCHOOL KINDERGARTEN TEACHER FOR AY 2025/2026 at Kinderfield Highfield School Depok
Qualifications:
- Available for working in the new academic year 2025/2026.
- Bachelor Degree (S1) or Diploma IV (DIV) PAUD from a reputable university with a relevant background. AKTA IV holder is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience as school teacher, preferably in the early childhood program. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Having experience in Montessori teaching would be an advantage.
- High English proficiency (fluent in speaking and writing).
- Love working with children and interacting with parents.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skill.
- A good team player, hardworker, high initiative and creative.
- Computer literate.

Interview process
Here are the steps that will be followed by each applicant:
1. Step 1: CV screening will be carried out by the HRD Team of Kinderfield Highfield School Depok.
2. Step 2: HRD Team of Kinderfield Highfield School Depok will contact prospective applicants to fill out the application form for prospective employees after CV screening has been carried out.
3. Step 3: Online employment test (English, Mathematics & Profiling Test). This test will be given after the applicant confirms that they have filled out the employment application form via Google Form. Prepare your time and test equipment to take part in this online test process.
4. Step 4: After being declared to have passed the online test selection. Applicants will take part in the micro teaching & interview session with the user and HRD. At this step, applicants will be called to come directly to the school.
5. Step 5: Announcement of employee acceptance and job offers.
