Job description for Preschool and Kindergarten Teacher (Guru PAUD ) at Wonderkid Preschool
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and patient individual to join our kindergarten teaching team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a stimulating and secure learning environment for children aged 2-6 years old. Start working from 1st July 2024.
Requirements
- Maximum age is 35 years old
- Proficiency in English both oral and written is a MUST
- Minimum TWO years' experience as a teacher in a Preschool/kindergarten
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the physical, emotional, social, cognitive and language needs of each student.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to encourage learning and motivate students, such as storytelling, music, art activities, games and field trips.
- Create a safe physical environment that allows students to explore and learn.
- Monitor students’ progress regularly through assessments and provide feedback to parents on their child’s development.
- Maintain relationships with parents through effective communication about their child’s progress.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting preferred.
