Kid Castle Preschool Teacher Recruitment Procedure:
1. Application Screening
Candidates submit their resume and required documents.
Qualified applicants will be invited to the recruitment process.
2. English Proficiency Test
Applicants take an English test to evaluate their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, as English is the primary language of instruction at Kid Castle.
3. Psychological Assessment (Psychological Test)
Candidates complete a psychological assessment to evaluate their personality, cognitive abilities, communication skills, emotional stability, and suitability for working with young children.
4. Interview
Selected candidates attend an interview with the school management.
The interview focuses on the candidate's educational background, teaching philosophy, classroom management skills, passion for early childhood education, communication abilities, and overall suitability for the position.
5. Two-Month Training and Teaching Probation
Successful candidates enter a two-month training and probation period.
During this period, they receive training on:
- Kid Castle's curriculum and teaching methods
- Classroom management
- Child development and safety procedures
- Daily teaching responsibilities
- Candidates are also required to conduct trial teaching sessions under the supervision of senior teachers and academic coordinators. Their performance, professionalism, communication skills, and ability to interact with children are continuously evaluated.
6. Performance Evaluation
At the end of the two-month probation, the management reviews the teacher's overall performance based on teaching quality, classroom management, teamwork, punctuality, professionalism, and adaptability to Kid Castle's standards.
7. Two-Year Employment Contract
Candidates who complete the training and probation period will be offered a two-year employment contract as a Preschool Teacher at Kid Castle.
