Job description for Presales Network at PT Berca Hardayaperkasa
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer business and technical requirements.
- Design network solutions including LAN, WAN, WLAN, Security, and Data Center.
- Prepare technical documents such as proposals, Bill of Materials (BoM), and network architecture diagrams.
- Deliver technical presentations to customers in collaboration with the sales team.
- Work closely with technology partners and vendors (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, MikroTik, Juniper, etc.).
- Support tender and procurement processes, including document analysis and responses to RFP/RFQ.
- Provide technical input for pricing and commercial proposals.
- Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) or product demonstrations when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
- Fresh graduates are welcome — internship experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, routing, switching, wireless).
- Ability to create clear technical documentation and presentations.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging with customers.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
