Job description for Presales Intern at PT Sinergy Informasi Pratama

Persyaratan:

Diutamakan pendidikan SMK Teknik Komputer Jaringan / Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak atau S1 Teknik Informatika / Sistem Informasi.
Memahami konsep dasar komputer dan jaringan.
Mampu dan teliti dalam menyusun draf dokumen teknis menggunakan Microsoft Word, Excel atau tools sejenis lainnya.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

Membantu Presales System Architect / System Designer melakukan penilaian komprehensif terhadap infrastruktur customer saat ini untuk mengidentifikasi celah sistem, tantangan bisnis, dan peluang optimalisasi dengan membuat quesioner, mengikuti meeting penjelasan pengadaan atau onsite assessment.
Membantu Presales System Architect / System Designer menjalankan seluruh siklus pelaksanaan Proof of Concept. Ini mencakup penentuan kriteria keberhasilan, alokasi sumber daya (Resource & PIC), dan mitigasi risiko; merancang dan menjalankan skenario pengujian; serta memastikan pembersihan sistem (clean-up) dan pelaporan hasil setelah PoC selesai.
Membantu Presales System Architect / System Designer penyusunan dokumen teknis untuk kebutuhan bidding atau tender. Termasuk di dalamnya pembuatan estimasi timeline proyek, proposal teknis yang berkualitas, serta matriks kepatuhan (Table of Compliance) yang akurat sesuai kebutuhan customer.
Mendukung Presales System Architect / System Designer dalam melaksanakan Handover Project.
Tugas ad-hoc lainnya sesuai kebutuhan untuk mendukung kegiatan presales dan project.
