Job description for Presales & Partnership at PT Lintas Media Danawa
We are looking for a Presales & Partnership Specialist with strong knowledge in IT Applications, Infrastructure, and Security to support the sales team in designing and delivering the right technology solutions for clients.This role will also be responsible for managing and developing relationships with technology partners and principals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in the presales process, including understanding client requirements and proposing appropriate IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution presentations, and product demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineers, and project teams) to design effective and scalable solutions.
- Provide technical consultation and solution architecture recommendations related to IT applications, infrastructure, and security.
- Assist clients in understanding technical aspects of the proposed solutions during the sales cycle.
- Manage and develop relationships with technology vendors, principals, and strategic partners.
- Identify and explore new partnership opportunities with IT solution providers.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends in cloud computing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
- Support the preparation and response to RFP, RFI, and RFQ from clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Presales, Solutions Consultant, IT Consultant, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of:
- Enterprise Applications
- IT Infrastructure (Server, Network, Cloud)
- IT Security Solutions
- Experience in preparing solution architecture, technical proposals, and solution presentations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to business stakeholders.
- Experience working with technology vendors or partners is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with cybersecurity solutions, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software
- Relevant IT certifications (AWS, Azure, Cisco, Security, etc.)
- Experience working in IT consulting or system integration companies
