Job Requirements

  • Male, maximum 30 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Technic/Engineering Electrical (Prefer)
  • Fresh graduate or experience in Pre-Sales or technical sales, preferably in electrical systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD (2D/3D)
  • Communication skills in English is a plus
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Strong ability in solution-based selling and customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with electrical standards, industrial project workflows, and technical documentation is a plus

Job Description

  • Attend client site visits when necessary to gather technical requirements or assist in solution implementation
  • Conduct product presentations and technical meetings with stakeholders to ensure product understanding and alignment
  • Create and present technical proposals, drawings (AutoCAD 2D/3D), and product solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Follow up regularly with existing and prospective clients to maintain strong relationships and drive sales conversion
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitors
  • Prepare accurate quotations, technical specifications, and documentation for tender or proposal submissions
  • Provide technical support and consultation to the sales team and customers, electrical product recommendations and system design
  • Work closely with the project and sales teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with client expectations and budget
