What You Will Need

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Engineering or related roles.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, or cybersecurity.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Able to explain technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
Willing to support customer meetings and pre-sales activities.

What You Will Do

Support Pre-Sales in executing technical requirements and solution designs.
Execute technical tasks and solutions based on Pre-Sales requirements and direction.
Prepare technical documentation, configurations, and testing based on project needs.
Assist in product demos, technical testing, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Engineering teams to deliver technical solutions.
