HOSHO DIGITAL is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales and solution teams in delivering technology solutions to clients. The candidate will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand business requirements, prepare solution presentations, and assist in driving business growth.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in technology consulting, solution selling, client communication, and the IT/technology industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and assist in preparing suitable technology solutions and proposals.
- Support the sales team in product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Coordinate with distributors, vendors, and technical teams for pricing, licensing, and solution information.
- Prepare quotations, solution documents, presentations, and proof-of-concept support.
- Conduct market research on Microsoft solutions, AI services, SaaS products, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and support follow-up activities during the sales cycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of cloud solutions, SaaS products, or IT services.
- Strong presentation and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft solutions, Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or AI technologies.
- Familiarity with licensing, quotations, and solution documentation.
- Basic understanding of sales lifecycle and customer engagement.
- Experience with CRM tools and professional email communication.
