About the role
As a Tea Server at Oinari-san Tea House, you will be responsible for beverage service to guests at our establishment, including preparing drinks according to established recipes, explaining the beverage menu clearly, and maintaining cleanliness and comfort of the work area. You will interact directly with guests to ensure their experience is enjoyable and meets expectations. You will also be involved in the beverage sales process and help manage stock inventory according to daily needs.
Key responsibilities

About you
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK
- Work experience between 1 to 3 years in service or restaurant field
- Basic ability to operate beverage categories
- Ability to prepare beverages correctly
- Ability to sell beverages effectively
- Energetic, friendly, and willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
- Intermediate English language proficiency
