Job Description
- Operational Services and Room Preparation: Prepare meeting rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and facilities are properly arranged for meetings and official office activities.
- Catering and Executive Support: Professionally serve food and beverages for guests, meetings, and management, while providing attentive support to executives as required.
- Daily Staff Operational Support: Assist employees with various day-to-day operational needs within the office environment.
- Basic Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, document management, and the distribution of letters or documents between departments.
- Inventory Management and Inspection: Regularly check, organize, and maintain office stationery and other inventory items within the workplace.
- Facility and Cleanliness Reporting: Regularly report cleaning supply requirements and any damaged or malfunctioning office facilities to the supervisor.
- Workplace Maintenance: Ensure the workplace remains safe, clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for daily operations, while carrying out other duties assigned by management.
