PR Media Specialist
Surabaya, East Java Area

PR Media Specialist will develop and implement marketing communication strategies to promote The Grand Taman Safari Prigen Jawa Timur brand, attractions, and events. This includes creating marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, social media content, and email campaigns, as well as coordinating public relations efforts to generate positive media coverage and manage crisis communication when necessary. This position responsible for ensuring brand consistency, analysing campaign performance, managing the marketing communication budget, and leading a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to promote The Grand Taman Safari Prigen Jawa Timur brand, attractions, and events.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts to generate positive media coverage and manage crisis communication when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for marketing innovation and improvement.
  • Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, evaluating their effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage the marketing communication budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field required
  • More than 3 years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in tourism and travel, theme park, food & beverage, hospitality industry.
  • Good leadership, self-starter, and good skill training
  • Experience managing external PR and communications, including vendors, media, and business partner relationships.
  • Highly skilled in presentation and communication
  • Should display groomed appearance, professionalism and enthusiasm when representing the company
  • Have a great strategy and action on how to increase Branding Awareness
  • Must be proficient in spoken and written English
  • Having experience background in brand management
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java Area.
