Autonomous started out as a hardware company. We build hardware products that help people work better and be more productive. We’ve shipped 1.2M hardware products in our first 5 years in business.
2015: Launched SmartDesk on Kickstarter
2016: Launched our direct-to-consumer business based on our Kickstarter success
2017: Shipped the first ErgoChair
2018: Launched KinnChair
2019: Started developing Zen Pod
2020 is a pivotal year for us. In 2020, we formed the Autonomous Software Group with the mission of building software products to further help our customers work better.
2020: Launched the Software Group with 3 initial products Jam, Note, and Hybrid
The Job:
We are looking for a young, dynamic Public Relation Executive to cultivate our branding image promote our Employer Brand.
Responsibilities:
· Seek opportunities for partnership, sponsorship and advertising
· Prepare and distribute press release
· Work with internal departments/3rd party to organize and execute PR events, campaign (Tech events, competitions, …)
· Maintain relationship and ensure effective communication with universities, media and public
· Manage PR issues related to our Employer Brand
· Prepare and submit PR reports
Requirements
· Proven experience (1+ year) as a PR role
· Experience managing media relations (online, print..)
· Strong communication ability (oral and written)
· Excellent organizing skills, ability to work under pressure
· Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
· Proficient in MS Office and social media
