Job description for PR & MARKETING COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST at Helios Luck & Libare

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated PR and Marketing Communication strategies to boost Helios’ brand and event visibility
Leverage your network to attract guests, influencers, and VIPs, building a loyal following
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, media contacts, and trendsetters
Create and execute engaging campaigns, event promotions, and activations that resonate with our audience
Develop innovative event concepts and unique gimmicks to keep guests entertained and engaged
Act as the face of the club, interacting with patrons to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere
Analyze campaign performance and audience feedback to refine and enhance our strategies

Requirements:
Proven experience in PR, marketing communication, and event planning, with a strong background in the nightlife or club industry
Established connections with KOLs, influencers, and partygoers
Creative thinker with a passion for crafting engaging campaigns and unforgettable experiences
Flexible schedule, including late-night availability
Charismatic and outgoing personality with the ability to elevate the club’s vibe and maintain professionalism
Strong understanding of nightlife trends and the ability to create buzz-worthy events
