Job description for PQC (Process Quality Control) at PT Gotion Indonesia Materials
Job Description :
- Conduct patrol inspections of the production process in accordance with process inspection standards;
- Complete inspection reports to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records;
- Perform initial evaluation and handling of non-conforming products;
- Be responsible for timely on-site handling of quality issues, including correction and prevention;
- Regularly inspect and calibrate testing equipment to ensure the integrity and accuracy of testing equipment;
- Participate in training programs organized by the company and department, maintain relevant records, and achieve good evaluation results;
- Work in accordance with the company's quality management system requirements, ensure the normal operation of the quality system within the department, and communicate product quality standards to production operators;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications :
- Minimum education of D3, D4/Bachelor's degree majoring in Mechanical, Electrical and related major;
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role (Fresh Graduates are welcome);
- Knowledge of the electric battery industry will be considered a plus.
