Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, and verify all customs declaration documents including PIB (Impor) and PEB (Ekspor) through CEISA 4.0 / INSW system
- Check and validate HS codes, commodity descriptions, values, weights, and all supporting documents before submission
- Identify and verify Lartas requirements and special permits for regulated goods
- Submit declarations to Bea Cukai, monitor approval status, and follow up on responses, queries, or required corrections
- Prepare supporting documents: BC 1.1, BC 2.3, manifests, invoices, packing lists, and permits
- Coordinate with CS and operations teams to collect complete data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely filing
- Process Notulasi PEB, SPPB, NPE, PPB, and billing responses as issued by the system
- Maintain accurate filing and monthly records of all PIB / PEB declarations submitted
- Communicate directly with Bea Cukai officers and related government agencies to resolve issues and ensure smooth clearance
- Stay updated on changes to customs regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements
Job Specifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as PPJK Staff, Customs Drafter, or Customs Documentation Officer
- Experience handling both Import (PIB) and Export (PEB) declarations
- Hands‑on experience with CEISA 4.0 / INSW system and HS classification
- Fresh graduates with strong customs knowledge are also welcome to apply
- Minimum High School / Vocational Diploma
- PPJK Certification
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related field is preferred
