Kualifikasi

Pendidikan S1 Teknik Industri atau jurusan lain yang relevan
Minimal 3–5 tahun pengalaman di bidang PPIC, dengan 1–2 tahun sebagai supervisor atau leader pada industri manufaktur makanan
Menguasai perencanaan produksi, MRP dan kontrol inventory.
Mahir menggunakan software Accurate dan Microsoft Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP, dsb).
Mampu mengatur tim dan mengelola waktu serta prioritas dengan baik.
Mampu menganalisis data produksi dan inventori untuk pengambilan keputusan yang tepat.
Teliti, disiplin, proaktif, dan memiliki integritas tinggi
