Job description for PPIC (Mandarin Speaker) at PT Gotion Indonesia Materials
Job Requirements :
-Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or production management.
-Mandarin speaker, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business or manufacturing environment.
-Strong understanding of production planning processes and proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant office applications.
-Familiar with Bill of Materials (BOM), including BOM breakdown and material attribute identification.
-Possess basic knowledge of statistics and production planning management.
-Strong skills in data processing, analysis, and reporting.
Job Responsibilities :
-Develop and break down production plans and issue production work orders to support manufacturing operations.
-Monitor material inventory based on customer order requirements, coordinate material preparation, and follow up on urgent material requests to ensure production continuity.
-Track the progress and completion of production plans, coordinate Production & Sales Coordination Meetings, and follow up on the implementation of related action items.
