Job description for PPIC Manager at OSACI

Salah satu klien kami di industri Retail/Consumer Electronics sedang membuka kesempatan untuk posisi PPIC Manager.

Posisi : PPIC Manager

Industri : Retail/Consumer Electronics

Lokasi : Semarang

Tanggung Jawab:

1. Mengelola proses PPIC secara end-to-end, mulai dari demand forecasting, purchasing planning, supply planning, inventory management, hingga warehouse control.

2. Menyusun dan mengawasi purchasing/replenishment plan berdasarkan sales forecast, historical data, dan kebutuhan bisnis untuk memastikan ketersediaan produk.

3. Memastikan product availability dengan menjaga inventory level yang optimal serta meminimalkan risiko stock out maupun overstock.

5. Mengontrol safety stock, slow moving stock, aging stock, dan inventory turnover untuk meningkatkan efisiensi persediaan.

6. Memantau dan mengendalikan proses inbound dan outbound barang serta memastikan akurasi stok di warehouse.

7. Berkoordinasi dengan tim Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, dan pihak supplier untuk memastikan kelancaran proses pengadaan, penyimpanan, dan distribusi barang.

8. Melakukan monitoring dan analisis terhadap performa inventory, forecasting, dan supply chain, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas operasional.

Kualifikasi:

1. Berdomisili di Semarang atau bersedia relokasi ke Semarang.

2. Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai PPIC Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Inventory Manager, atau posisi terkait.

3. Berpengalaman mengelola proses planning, purchasing/replenishment, inventory control, dan warehouse operations secara end-to-end.

4. Berpengalaman di industri retail, distributor, consumer electronics, FMCG, atau industri sejenis.

5. Memiliki kemampuan analitis, problem solving, dan stakeholder management yang baik.

6. Terbiasa menggunakan ERP atau sistem inventory management.
