Job description for Powder Coating Staff at PT Universal Furniture Industries

Tanggung Jawab

  1. Mengoperasikan dan memelihara mesin powder coating untuk memproses komponen furniture.
  2. Memastikan hasil powder coating yang konsisten sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan standar kualitas.
  3. Melakukan pemeriksaan kualitas dan melaporkan masalah atau penyimpangan yang ditemukan.
  4. Mengikuti prosedur keselamatan dan protokol penanganan bahan berbahaya.
  5. Membantu dalam kegiatan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan mesin secara berkala.

Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan

  1. Pengalaman setidaknya 2 tahun dalam pengoperasian mesin powder coating atau peralatan powder coating serupa.
  2. Memiliki pengetahuan tentang proses powder coating dan teknik aplikasi terbaik.
  3. Kemampuan membaca dan memahami instruksi, spesifikasi, dan prosedur operasi standar.
  4. Keterampilan problem solving dan kemampuan beradaptasi dalam lingkungan produksi yang dinamis.
  5. Pemahaman tentang konsep dan praktik keselamatan kerja.
