Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies or related field is preferred
2. Minimum ANT I (Ahli Nautika Tingkat I) certification is mandatory
3. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Ship Captain / Master Mariner or in vessel operations
4. Strong understanding of vessel operations, port clearance, and shipping agency processes
5. Good networking and professional relationship with Port Authorities, Harbormaster, Department of Transportation, and related maritime institutions
6. Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
7. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
8. Willing to work in a dynamic operational environment and travel when required
9. Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure
