Job description for Port & Quality Control Supervisor - Coal at PT. SEQUOIA NATURAL RESOURCES
About Company:
PT. Sequoia Natural Resources is a rapidly growing coal trading company providing highly effective coal supply solutions to our clients in south east Asian countries and various plants within Indonesia. Company have big plans to expand further and consolidate its position across the coal portfolios within Indonesia and overseas market. We do the FOB shipments for export market and CIF/FOB shipments for domestic supply.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in any field preferably Geologist.
Required language(s): English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in quality control and jetty operations.
Preferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager specialized in Quality Control & Shipping.
Job Description:
Candidate should have the experience in quality control at coal mines or jetties.
Should have good knowledge of coal, barge loading and shipping documentation.
Should have working knowledge of LHV, draft survey of barges, export documentation / LC / LS documentation.
Should be able to analyse and execute local coal sales contracts.
Should be able to co-coordinate with buyers, agents, customs and port authorities for shipments.
Should be willing to travel frequently to various mines/port for coal procurement, supervision of loading of barges / loading of vessels at anchorage anywhere within Indonesia.
Knowledge of spoken and written English and should be able to undertake operations independently.
Have good track record of working with discipline, honesty and sincerity.
