Job description for Poolman at PT BALI CIPTA VILA MANDIRI - Villas R Us
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Poolman in villas, hotels, resorts, or hospitality properties with good knowledge of pool maintenance and water treatment procedures.
Skilled in maintaining pool cleanliness, checking water quality and chemical balance, operating pool equipment, and ensuring the pool area remains clean, safe, and comfortable for guests.
Responsible for routine pool cleaning, vacuuming, backwashing, chemical dosing, and monitoring overall pool conditions to maintain hospitality standards.
Able to identify and report maintenance issues related to pools, pumps, filters, and surrounding pool areas in a timely manner.
Capable of handling approximately 20 swimming pools with treatment schedules twice per week for each pool.
Gardening skills are highly preferred and will be considered an advantage.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, physically fit, and able to work independently while maintaining good communication with the villa operational team.
