Looking for a POOL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR to join our team!
We are a property management company with up to 100 pools to oversee and maintain. Located in Bingin / Nyang Nyang area, Kab. Badung.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the maintenance, cleanliness, and operational performance of all swimming pools, water features, and equipment.
- Supervise daily pool cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Monitor water quality, chemical levels, and filtration systems.
- Inspect and maintain pumps, filters, dosing systems, and related equipment.
- Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and chemical handling procedures.
- Lead and train pool maintenance staff.
- Maintain maintenance logs, water testing records, and inventory levels.
- Respond promptly to operational and emergency maintenance issues.
