Job description for PMC - Warehouse at PT Zinwi Technology Indonesia Batam
Job Description :
1. Managing the flow of materials to support production, including tracking inventory, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records
2. Overseeing the entirety of a project, ensuring that it adheres to the planned scope, budget, and timeline.
3. Getting familiar with the client's business environment in order to lead projects effectively
4. To work safely and follow current safe systems of work within the Main stores, Warehouse and external yard areas using mechanical aids were ever needed.
5. To be proactive in auditing and checking stock locations to help ensure parts are available to pick on a weekly basis.
6. Inventory Management:
a. Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
b. Identifying and monitoring inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
c. Tracking and monitoring material movement within the organization.
d. Ensuring materials are properly stored and handled.
7. Create production plans and warehouse material management
8. Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to the production floor
9. Perform routine inspections of materials to ensure quality standards are met
10. Coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations
