Playground Crew (Full time & Part Time)
Job Description:
- Preparing materials for play activities.
- Taking responsibility for play activities, including classes, regular IHA, and events.
- Implementing standard operating procedures for the playground.
- Managing the organization and maintenance of toys and playground facilities.
- Preparing reports related to operational performance and toy/equipment inventory.
- Conducting regular evaluations, researching toys, and providing input for the improvement of toy quality and playground facilities.
- Fostering positive interactions with customers (children and their companions).
- Managing safety protocols and health measures in the playground area.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma education.
- Active in English and able to operate computers (Microsoft Office).
- Preference given to those experienced in teaching or working with young children (ages 0–10).
- Passionate about working with children and capable of interacting effectively with young children.
- Willing to work in shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, & National Holidays.
