About Us
Karya Arts & Crafts is a vibrant arts and crafts studio specializing in creative activities for children. We offer a unique space where young minds can explore their artistic talents through hands-on play and learning. As we grow and expand our programs, we're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join us!
What You'll Do:
- Welcome and guide children, parents, and nannies through our studio activities
- Demonstrate and explain creative activities in a fun, safe, and engaging way
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
- Manage stock, supplies, and keep the store organized
- Maintain the studio and play area — clean, tidy, and always ready for guests
- Provide outstanding customer service to our mostly international guests
- Support and encourage children during interactive learning sessions
What We're Looking For:
- Female candidate
- SMA/SMK graduate — fresh graduate or minimal experience welcome
- Background in Biology, Chemistry, or related field is a plus
- Experience working with children or in a creative/service environment is a plus
- Energetic, patient, friendly, and detail-oriented
- Genuine passion for fostering creativity and learning through play
- English is a must and other languages are a big advantage (Please let us know on your CV or message if you are able to speak other languages) and SKCK is needed before hiring process.
