Qualifications

1. Education: Minimal S1 (GPA Min. 3.00)

2. Experience: Fresh graduate atau maksimal 1 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang IT

3. Gender: Male/Female

4. Skills:

• Memahami dasar monitoring, incident management, dan troubleshooting.

• Familiar dengan tools monitoring seperti: Grafana, SolarWinds Orion, Datadog, atau tools sejenis.

• Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan problem solving dasar.

• Memiliki kemampuan dasar scripting/query menjadi nilai tambah.

• Memahami dasar server, network, cloud, atau database menjadi nilai tambah.

5. Interpersonal and Communication skills

• Memiliki komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.

• Memiliki inisiatif dan sense of ownership.

• Mampu bekerja dalam situasi operasional yang dinamis.
