About the role
This position keeps the daily records in the farm — workers, deliveries, tools, stock and cash — and makes sure it has accurate, up-to-date information every day in the system. The role is based in the site office but requires going out into the field every day.
Job description :
• Worker attendance. Record daily attendance for farm workers and enter it into the company’s system the same day, so payroll can be processed on time.
• Incoming deliveries. Check and count deliveries from suppliers against the delivery note, and report any shortage or damage before signing.
• Tools, fuel and stock. Keep daily records of tools issued and returned, fuel used, and materials in stock.
• Field and harvest records. Record daily field activity and harvest data by block.
• Petty cash. Manage the site petty cash, keep all receipts organised, and report to Finance regularly.
• General site administration. Maintain filing, vendor and visitor records, and report any incidents.
Requirements
• Minimum D3 in accounting, administration or agribusiness is an advantage.
• 1–2 years experience in administration, logistics, warehouse, field or plantation operations
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Willing to work outdoors every day — heat, rain, mud, and walking around the farm.
• Owns a motorbike and holds SIM C.
• Accurate, organized and honest.
• Lives near the farm is an advantage or willing to relocate
• Proficiency in local language is preferred
