Job description for Plant Manager at Geekhunter
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a public holding company in the food, beverage, and cubic printing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end factory operations across PPIC, Production, Engineering, QA, and Warehouse.
- Develop production plans aligned with demand, capacity, and inventory targets.
- Drive TPM initiatives (Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, OEE, and 5S) to improve operational performance.
- Monitor manufacturing KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and commercial teams to optimize production scheduling.
- Lead factory expansion and operational improvement projects.
- Build high-performing teams while ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and HSE standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience managing PPIC, Production, Engineering, QA, and Warehouse.
- Strong expertise in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), including OEE, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and 5S.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain, continuous improvement, and manufacturing operations.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
