Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join our client. The position will be based in Cikarang.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering

At least 3 years of experience at a senior managerial level in relevant industries

Experienced in the FMCG industry (preferably in a similar position)

Well versed with people management and floor management

Proven results in utilizing hands-on management approach

Excellent leadership capabilities

Responsibilities:

Ensure that production activities are in accordance with planning by maintaining established quality and quantity standards.

Manage the maintenance of production machinery, utilities, and infrastructure in the factory environment regularly and in accordance with applicable standards.

Increase productivity through innovative improvement programs (SGA, 5R, Kaizen, TPM, etc.) in line with company regulations / procedures, to support the company's operations effectively and efficiently
