Job description for Planning Administrator at PT ECOLAB INTERNATIONAL INDONESIA
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating PR (Purchase Requisition), PO (Purchase Order), and STO (Stock Transfer Order) to intercompany / 3rd party supplier
- Follow up ETD / ETA of import FG, Equipment, and Reagent progress to related stakeholder
- Coordinating with Related Planner regarding monthly Import Inquiry
- Extracting data from SAP system and creating a daily / monthly or required report
- Coordinate and liaise with logistic PIC regarding schedule incoming shipment for preparing Customs Clearance activities
- Managing data and document administrative process
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Any Major, Engineering or Accounting is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in managing administrative process and heavy data management
- Standard excell & basic english skill qualified is a must
- Having on hand experience in SAP will be an advantage
- Having attention to detail, and good communication skill to coordinate with other department
- Must be willing to work in Citeureup Site
