Job Description
Project Scheduling & Planning: Coordinate with the Engineering Manager to develop ann maintain detailed master schedules for engineering projects, including production line overhauls and new equipment installation
Production Downtime Optimization: Coordinate closely with the Production to schedule engineering works and machinery installations during planned shutdowns, minimizing the impact on daily biscuit manufacturing targets.
Resource & Equipment Planning: Allocate engineering manpower, contractors, and specialized tools required for machinery assembly, piping, electrical wiring, and automation integration.
Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor daily/weekly project progress, manage critical path activities, and provide accurate forecasting, variance analysis, and recovery plans for any project delays.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, plus knowledge of production processes.
Having experiences in wafer / biscuit manufacture industry.
Willing to be placed in Cikarang with Monday - Saturday working days.
