We’re on the look for Placement Associates to join our team to help grow that mission in Asia.
How you can make greater impacts
You will be the one who supports our students to achieve their full potential by securing their dream career, through acquiring relevant job openings from various employers, supporting their journey throughout the recruitment process by smooth coordination with clients to define necessary requirements for open roles, recommending and preparing our students to be job-ready, and building great customer relationships with both employers and candidates.
- Acquiring interesting and ambitious job advertisements for Glints Academy students
- Gathering feedback from our clients on our students' performance
- Ensuring job placement for students
- Driving student career-readiness, by conducting mock-fit interviews, giving constructive feedback to our students
Requirements
