Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Lahat for a PJO Coal Hauling position. The primary responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth execution of coal hauling operations. The role involves overseeing daily logistics, managing transportation schedules, monitoring vehicle and equipment performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The PJO Coal Hauling professional will also be responsible for maintaining clear communication with relevant stakeholders and maintaining accurate operational records.
Qualifications
Operational management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating logistics.
Knowledge in safety protocols and environmental regulations related to coal hauling operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members, drivers, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making under time-sensitive conditions.
Experience in heavy equipment management and vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
Proven ability to work on-site in a challenging environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with logistics and transportation software is a plus.
