Pit Control

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all production activities within the mine pit

• Monitor daily production targets and report progress to supervisors

• Manage heavy equipment traffic flow within the pit area for safety and efficiency

• Coordinate with drill & blast, loading, and hauling teams

• Ensure material quality meets specified standards

• Prepare shift production reports and maintain operational data records

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 in Mining Engineering or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in open-cut mine pit operations

• Hold a First-Line Mining Supervisor Certificate / POP (preferred)

• Familiar with mine dispatching systems and fleet management

• Proficient in mine site radio communication procedures

• Willing to work on a shift system and be stationed on-site
