- Mengatur anak host denga baik.
- Disiplin, Stamina bagus, dan pekerja keras.
- Paham Teori tentang semua hal untuk membawakan Live Streaming.
- Bisa melakukan live yang baik untuk memberikan contoh kepada team.
- Berkomunikasi yang baik, Bisa kerja dalam deadline dan tekanan.
- Mengerti membaca grafik dashboard Tiktok Live.
- Mengerti membaca dashboard live shopee dan general.
- Paham fitur dan fungsi di sellercenter Shoppe/Tiktok.
- Kerja dalam team.
- Berpenampilan Menarik ( Perempuan ).
- Paham dan update tentang Violation/Pelanggaran di setiap Marketplace.
- Mampu analisa data live untuk harian/mingguan/bulanan.
- Bisa pembuatan kontent harian untuk setiap anggota host
- mampu mengatur jadwal, kegiatan anak host lebih dari 10 orang
- Disiplin, rajin, teliti
