Job Description

* Melakukan input dan drafting PIB secara akurat dan tepat waktu.

* Memastikan kesesuaian data PIB dengan Invoice, Packing List, B/L atau AWB, serta dokumen pendukung lainnya.

* Melakukan pengecekan HS Code, nilai pabean, tarif, dan data terkait proses impor.

* Melakukan monitoring proses PIB melalui sistem CEISA.

* Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional terkait kelengkapan dan proses dokumen kepabeanan.

* Melakukan filing dan dokumentasi dokumen impor dengan baik.

* Memahami peraturan kepabeanan dan terbiasa dengan pekerjaan manifes.

Requirements

* Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam proses input/drafting PIB.

* Terbiasa menggunakan CEISA dan memahami proses customs clearance impor.

* Memahami dokumen impor dan dasar-dasar kepabeanan.

* Memahami HS Code dan dokumen pendukung proses PIB.

* Teliti, cepat, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline.

* Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel.

* Sertifikasi/kompetensi kepabeanan menjadi nilai tambah.
