Role Description:
This full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role is based at ReKLUB in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Physiotherapist will assess client conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to support recovery, performance, and long-term health. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, documenting progress, collaborating with trainers, nutrition professionals, and other team members, and educating clients on injury prevention, movement quality, and self-management strategies. The Physiotherapist will contribute to multidisciplinary programs, maintain high clinical and professional standards, and support the company’s ecosystem approach by integrating physiotherapy services with functional training and Pilates where appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Clinical physiotherapy skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment planning for musculoskeletal and movement-related conditions.
- Strong knowledge of exercise prescription, rehabilitation programming, and functional movement principles in collaboration with training and Pilates teams.
- Competence in client communication, education, and counseling to promote adherence, safety, and long-term behavior change.
- Ability to document clinical notes accurately, manage schedules, and use digital tools or clinical software for record-keeping and reporting.
- Collaborative mindset for working within a multidisciplinary team across physiotherapy, nutrition, and fitness services.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy (or equivalent), with relevant professional registration or licensure in Indonesia.
- Experience in private practice, sports, or wellness settings is beneficial; familiarity with evidence-based protocols and continuous professional development is expected.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills are an advantage.
