Photography Producer to handle High Quality Advertising Photography Production
Responsibilities:
o Accountable in preparing and managing photography production for commercial advertising industry and visual communication.
o Collaborate with photographer(s) and internal production team to deliver the works with the best practicable way as possible that aligns with the client’s needs and photographer’s vision.
o Work together with account executive/manager in preparing production cost estimation to create the suitable pricing for various scenarios.
o Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (clients and vendors) to develop feasible production and manageable project timeline.
o Manage production support and deliver service excellency to clients as on-site producer.
Qualifications:
o Any gender between 24-35 years old. Must have minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from accredited University.
o Able to work full time in Jakarta with a willingness to work on demanding work hours as needed.
o Minimum 2 years’ experience in photography or audiovisual or any visual creative industry.
o Obviously has passion in photography / commercial art / advertising/ others visual form of communication and at least understand the basic principles and techniques in photography.
o Must have active and dynamic characteristic with can-do attitude. Love to do workout & sports in regular basis is a big plus.
o Easily adapt, especially willing to work on-site with any unpredictable situation on the location.
o Able to think wisely, react calmly and make right decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment while juggling with deadlines.
o Excellent interpersonal skills in a teamwork oriented. Ability to work with others at various levels both internally and externally.
o Proven ability to communicate confidently and effectively, both in written and verbal form.
o Tech savvy, at least familiar with Basic Microsoft Office and Operating System (Mac and Windows), and also presentation or visualization software (basic level) including but not limited Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
o Well organized and able to be prompt working with the company’s standard operating procedure.
o Comfortable with numbers, not limited to quantitative data and financially accountable.
o Courteous at heart with a bold energy is the real sparks we seek.
o Driving experience in the City’s infamous traffic is a plus.
